Wakeup Copenhagen in Borgergade offers modern and good-value accommodation in central Copenhagen, only 5 minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv, Nyhavn, metro and the shopping street Strøget. All 498 rooms have air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, a small work desk and bathroom with shower. Please note that all rooms have one 160 cm wide double bed in a corner (no twin beds) and are non-smoking. The building is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon and has 6 floors. Facilities include a breakfast restaurant, business centre, free WiFi and parking for a fee. Prices are including breakfast.

Cabinn Scandinavia**

CABINN Scandinavia is located at Frederiksberg near the Lakes and the Metro station Forum; just 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre of Copenhagen with the Tivoli Gardens and the pedestrian street, Strøget. All 201 rooms have private bath with shower and toilet, television, small work desk, free WiFi and electric kettle with tea and coffee. All standard rooms has a 140 cm queen bed and a bunk bed. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and parking facilities (fees apply for both). Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.

Terms & Conditions
Payment
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1-night deposit payment served as payment for first night stay.
The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.
The hotel deposit must be paid upon receipt of invoice.
ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
The prepayment can be paid to DIS Congress Service by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice (bank transfer). If the hotel room is not paid for within 14 days, DIS reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. You will only be notified that your accommodation reservation has been canceled.
Prepayment for last-minute bookings from the 27th of July cannot be paid by bank transfer, but must be paid by credit card.

All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.
Invoice number must be used as reference when a transfer is made.
Cancellation (full or partial) and change of booking

Until the 7th of July: 100% free cancellation. The payment will be fully reimbursed.
From the 8th of July until the 29th of July: The booked Accommodation will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.
